Three Levels of Care
Each service is designed with a particular watch and owner in mind. We believe the right level of care makes all the difference.
Polish & Protect
MYR 1,650A focused exterior and basic functional service. Case and bracelet cleaning, crystal inspection and replacement, crown and pusher evaluation, fresh sealing gaskets — with a written note summarising findings.

Cabinet Service
MYR 4,500A thorough, museum-standard service. Full movement disassembly, cleaning, inspection, lubrication, timing and regulation. Case and crystal addressed. Water resistance confirmed.

Grand Feu Restoration
MYR 8,900A patient, premium restoration for watches of considerable craft or personal importance. Full consultation, photographic records, movement overhaul, dial and case work — every decision made together with the owner.

Common Questions
What Owners Often Ask
How do I know which service is appropriate for my watch?
The best starting point is a conversation. Bring your watch in or contact us with a brief description and we'll suggest what seems most fitting. We won't recommend more than a watch genuinely needs.
Do you service all watch brands and movements?
We work with a wide range of mechanical, automatic, and quartz movements from most established brands. For certain complications or very specialised calibres, we'll let you know upfront whether we're the right fit.
What does the service timeline look like?
Polish & Protect takes 2–4 working days. Cabinet Service runs 8–12 working days. Grand Feu Restoration, given its layered and careful nature, spans 6–16 weeks. We'll keep you informed of progress along the way.
What happens after I submit an enquiry?
We'll respond within one to two business days. If helpful, we'll arrange a brief call or an in-person visit so we can take a look at your watch before confirming anything.
Are parts sourced from original suppliers?
Where possible, yes. We make every effort to source appropriate parts and will always discuss options with you when the choice affects the watch's character or value.
Is there a consultation fee?
An initial assessment does not carry a charge. If a formal condition report is prepared as part of the Grand Feu Restoration process, this is included within that service's scope.
